Welcome to Casa Mono Loco Del Mar!

This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom condo/townhome is located on the canals of North Padre Island near Corpus Christi, TX.  It was fully remodeled in 2022 and has the amenities you'll want to feel at home.  

If you enjoy fishing, all you have to do is step out on the back dock.  We catch KEEPER speckled sea trout in the lights at night.

Please set the thermostat to 76 degrees, lock the door using the August App and set the alarm.

If you use a smartphone (iOS and Android), you can use your phone to access the condo. You will
receive an invite via text or e-mail. Before arriving, you will receive a text inviting you to download the
August App . This will allow you to unlock and lock the front door with your phone’s Bluetooth.

There are two assigned parking spaces in front of the condo. Please refrain from parking in any
other spaces in front of the building. If you need parking for guests, additional first-come parking is
located in the center island of the cul-de-sac and along the street.
