Pre-Arrival

Location: Casa Mono Loco Del Mar is located on North Padre Island, Corpus Christi, TX. The physical address is 15334 Bonasse Ct., Unit 902.
Key: If you use a smartphone (iOS and Android), you can use your phone to access the condo. You will receive an invite via text or e-mail. Before arriving, you will receive a text inviting you to download the August App . This will allow you to unlock and lock the front door with your phone’s Bluetooth.
For monthly guests only: If you do not use a smartphone, we will issue you a physical key.
Alarm: You will be given a temporary code to disarm and arm the alarm.
The SimpliSafe keypad is located on the stairwell wall to your left as you enter the condo.
To Disarm: Disarm the system by entering your code (30 second delay).
To Arm When Leaving: Arm the system by pressing ‘Away’ (60 second delay).
To Arm When Home: Arm the system by pressing ‘Home’ (15 second delay). If you trigger the alarm, go to the keypad and enter your code to disarm.
Operational Costs: We don’t Airbnb, however we’re happy to share our place with our friends.However, we do have operating expenses which include utilities, cleaning, maintenance, insurance, repairs and taxes so we ask for the following to help offset these expenses.
